At DeGrand Wellness & Performance, we deeply believe that harmony between body and mind is the ultimate key to well-being. This principle is not new; it has existed throughout history, but has gradually faded in our modern world.

Coach Yan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong relationship with fitness and sports, spanning more than 10 years in and around gyms. Despite achieving success in the corporate world, he recognized a deeper calling. That moment led him to step away from his desk job and fully dedicate himself to a mission that truly mattered: empowering human potential.
For Coach Yan, training is more than lifting weights, it’s about building a foundation for a rich and fulfilling life. He passionately promotes the holistic benefits of physical and mental well-being, guiding clients to not only reach their fitness goals but to harness the discipline, confidence, and energy needed for long-term happiness and success.
